VERSE 12:
Blessed art Thou, O Lord,
Teach my Thy statutes.

The 3rd dwelling-place for the commandments is the God-enlightened mind.

Statutes: not just the commandments, but the full expanse of truth.
All the truths about the history of salvation are to the spirit what oxygen us to the body.

Spiritual life begins with the awareness of one’s fall and the inability to rise on one’s own.
–> then repentance, adherence to God as the only Savior
–> then the promise, resolution to be faithful to Him
–> then the hope of God’s help dspite our weakness, towards the Kingdom
–> then patience, self-correction
–> then faith of partaking in the Lord’s suffering and Glory

Teach: let my mind know.
Give me a firm and stable conviction of all this, not just an intellectual knowledge.

So v. 10 is about transformation of the will,
v. 11 about transformation of the heart,
and v. 12 about transformation of the mind.
They all ripen together.
