VERSE 63:
I am a partaker with all them that fear Thee,

and with them that keep Thy commandments.

Pious relationship with God-fearing and virtuous people.
And strength of mutual prayer and communion.

VERSE 64:
The earth, O Lord, is full of Thy mercy;

teach me Thy statutes.

Ultimately, it is all about relying on God’s grace and mercy, on God’s own teaching.

God teaches and enlightens souls, pouring into them the light of knowledge, when they seek Him and open the mouths of their hearts to accept the brightness of heavenly grace.
